Sheriff deputies responded to the stabbing in the 800 block of Stevens Ave. According to the Sergeant on scene, the male in his twenties was approached by three men dressed in black in La Colonia Park. They punched the subject and then stabbed him in the leg.
The stabbing victim ran from the park to a mexican restaurant called Don Chuy at 650 Valley Ave where the owner then called 911. The restaurant is only a few blocks away from the park. The victim was rushed to the hospital. The stab wounds are to his leg, but it is not known how severe his injuries are.
