ENCINITAS: Intoxicated Transient Rescued from Cliff 7/06/13

An intoxicated transient was rescued Saturday afternoon after he stumbled down the cliff and was stuck above a twenty-five foot drop. The Encinitas Fire Department responded to rescue him off the cliff and he only received minor cuts and bruises.
